Seller and platform
The seller is Q-Rato (Pty) Ltd, registration 2025/752334/07, registered at 42 Petra Nera, 14 Riverbend Road, Randburg, Gauteng, 2188. Kivora by KVRA provides the storefront, checkout, and order-management platform. Product supply and fulfilment remain the seller's responsibility.
Orders, prices, and payment
Submitting an order is an offer to buy. The order is accepted only after payment and stock are confirmed. Prices are shown in South African rand. No VAT is charged because the seller is not VAT-registered; displayed product subtotals are tax inclusive. Delivery is calculated separately before payment, and payment is processed through a hosted provider.
Consumer rights
These terms work with the Consumer Protection Act, the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act, and other applicable South African law. They do not exclude rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
