Online cooling-off

For eligible online purchases, a customer may give notice within seven days of receiving the goods that they wish to cancel under the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act. The configured return window is 7 days. The direct cost of returning the goods may apply, and any refund due under that right will be made within 30 days after cancellation.

Defective, unsafe, or incorrect goods

Rights for goods that are defective, unsafe, damaged, not as described, or incorrectly supplied are separate from the online cooling-off right. The Consumer Protection Act's implied warranty applies for six months after delivery, subject to the Act, and the lawful remedy may be repair, replacement, or refund where that right applies.

Return process

Start a return from the customer order page or contact info@qrato.co.za or +27 84 789 4422 with the order reference and reason. Return instructions and status updates will be provided. Refund completion is confirmed after the return, order, and payment records have been verified.
